Welcome to Gas Street Vaults
Opening early 2027 beside Birmingham's iconic canals.
Gas Street Vaults is the newest addition to the Joule's Brewery family. We're carefully restoring one of Birmingham's most recognisable canal-side buildings to create a welcoming new taphouse serving brewery-fresh beer, seasonal food and wines from our own Château Bessan vineyard. THE JOURNEY HAS ONLY JUST BEGUN
Restoring a Birmingham Landmark.
At Joule's Brewery, we believe great pubs aren't built overnight. They begin by understanding the building, respecting its history and creating somewhere people will love for generations to come. Gas Street Vaults is the next chapter in that story.
